GENERAL
Amuri Helicopters Ltd. T/a Hanmer Springs Helicopters (hereinafter known as HSH) undertake to provide services in keeping with our mission statement and other policies outlined in this site. We are committed to the highest safety policies and provide quality assurance to our customers.
We do, however, require that our terms and conditions are met by the Customer (sometimes referred to below as "you"). These terms and conditions must also be read in conjunction with our Site Use Policy and Customer Information pages.
Booking Conditions
Payment of Services: We require that payment be made in full at the time of the flight prior to take-off. We may require a deposit to confirm a booking. We will discuss this with you before we confirm your booking.
Confirmation of Booking: We require you to confirm your booking at least one day prior to the flight.
Cancellations: Deposits are refunded only if cancellation is received one day prior to the booked flight.
Refunds: If adverse weather, or for any reason where HSH is unable to provide you with the service booked, a full refund will be given for the amount you have paid. If a service begun is cut short by our pilot for any reason, a refund will be given at the discretion of HSH and to an amount reckoned by HSH.
Refunds are not given for a customer's inability to complete the service undertaken for any reason.
Customer's Obligation
The customer agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions on this page, and any of the requirements stated on any of the appropriate Customer Information pages. The customer also agrees to:
Follow the instructions of the pilot or any HSH representative during the period of our service to you.
Not do anything that would cause harm or injury to any person or property
Liability Release
The customer, by making a booking for any HSH service, agrees to the following:
That the activities offered, including skiing, snowboarding, tramping, hunting, fishing, touring, lifting, or any other service including transport to, from and within the locations provided by HSH inherently involve risks which may result in property damage or loss, serious or fatal injury.
You acknowledge that the terrain, weather conditions and type of activity engaged in, mechanical failure are ever present hazards. You therefore assume all risks and release all persons, entities or contractors connected with HSH from all liability for any injuries or damages and from any claim by you, your family, estate, agents, heirs or assigns arising in any way from your participation in all, and any activities connected with HSH.
The person or persons booking any HSH assumes responsibility to ensure that all making up the party you are booking for understand these terms and conditions of service and all related policies.
